Well I tried making Gf bread using Namaste AP flour and their online recipe. Overall, I think it was a good first try.
Obviously I need to smooth out the top more before baking next time.
Good air pockets. A little GF rubbery spongeness to it.
Looking forward to letting it cool ALL the way and try as toast in the morning. Can’t say it’s any worse than the GF bread from Costco, way cheaper and easy to make.
I used hemp milk & tapioca starch. I did use eggs as well vs egg substitute.
